At 16:05 there were network problems today. The problems affected our new corerouting stack that was put into operation yesterday and are due to a problem in the installed JunOS firmware that was triggered by the configuration of separate routing instances.
The problem has been worked around and everything is stable again. We apologise to all affected customers for this and offer a free runtime credit for 2 days.
