Network maintenance (firmware change) at 12.03.2024, 04:30

We will be carrying out a short maintenance on our corerouting infrastructure on 12 March 2024, starting at 04:30. As part of this maintenance, the installed firmware will be changed on both corerouters to address some bugs that occur in the currently installed firmware versions. We expect a short interruption of less than one minute. The maintenance work should be completed by 6:00.

Core-Network Synlinq Upstream Outage

Today at 12:21, one of our upstreams (Synlinq), which primarily handles parts of our incoming traffic for anti-DDoS purposes, went down. The traffic was automatically re-routed shortly after.

Currently, everything seems to be stable again with this upstream provider. However, we are still waiting for an official feedback before we route the traffic over the usual paths again.

  • At 13:28 we have routed all traffic over the usual paths again after we received the info from Synlinq that there was a problem with their routers and it is now fixed. This incident is now resolved.
