At 20:06, the fiber optic line to Amsterdam (AMS) of the data center failed. The reasons for this are currently still unclear. Shortly afterwards, the traffic was automatically completely routed via Frankfurt. Unfortunately, there was a downtime for the data traffic, which partially ran via Amsterdam, for a few seconds until the BGP hold timer expired.
Currently all traffic runs via Frankfurt, there are no limitations. We apologize for this incident and will provide updates here.
