This morning at 05:35, a problem occurred at the core router of the Skylink data center after a scheduled maintenance of a carrier. This resulted in partial network problems until 06:17.
The background to the problem was an error in the active routing engine during writing of the routes to the router's FIB. A switchover to the backup routing engine unfortunately caused the system to crash.
Currently, an error in one of the linecards is suspected as the cause. For this reason, these will be replaced very soon.
