Outage - Datacenter Fiber Connection to FRA Donnerstag 5th Mai 2022 23:45:00

On 05.05.2022 at 23:45 (CEST) a failure of the fiber optic line to Frankfurt (FRA) was detected. All connections via this line were interrupted for a few seconds until an automatic rerouting via Amsterdam (AMS) took place.

The data center is currently investigating on this issue. There is no impact currently, the traffic is routed via Amsterdam transparently.

Since 08:20 the problem has been solved and the fiber transport line between Frankfurt and Eygelshoven is online again. Traffic is flowing over the usual paths again.
